Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We truly hope you absolutely love your jewels, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewels via the 'Contact Us' page at the footer of our website.
Earrings are unable to be returned due to health regulations. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
When returning your jewels, please ensure you package them appropriately to avoid damage in the post, otherwise they will not be accepted. Returns must be sent via a trackable postage method, and at the buyer's expense. OceanMist Jewels cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping.
If you find that your jewels may have a fault, we will happily repair, refund or provide a credit gift card providing the item has been purchased within three months. Please visit the 'Contact Us' page with your order information, postal address, and description of the fault. This information will be assessed and we will be in contact with you shortly.
