Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We truly hope you absolutely love your jewels, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewels to request an exchange via the 'Contact Us' page at the footer of our website.

Earrings are unable to be exchanged due to health regulations. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.

When returning your jewels, please ensure you package them appropriately to avoid damage in the post, otherwise they will not be accepted.  Returns must be sent via a trackable postage method. OceanMist Jewels cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping.

If you find that your jewels may have a fault, we will happily repair, refund or exchange your jewels providing the item has been purchased within three months.  Please visit the 'Contact Us' page with your order information, postal address, and description of the fault and whether you are seeking a refund or exchange. The information will be assessed and you will be notified of the decision as soon as possible.
